Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and common medications.
• Prior clinical experience preferred.
• Prior scribe or transcription experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Document patient encounters in real time in the exam room.
• Support Clinical Documentation Improvement through chart review and coding.
• Provide administrative support to the care team and assist with referrals and tasks.
• Other duties as assigned by the provider.
