Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides concurrent and retrospective review of inpatient medical records.
• Evaluates utilization and documentation of acute care services.
• Ensures documentation reflects severity of illness and risk of mortality.
• Supports reporting quality outcomes and compliant reimbursement.
