Responsibilities

• Conveys information clearly both orally and in writing and maintains open communication with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Engages in clinical assessment and review to determine levels of care in line with client need and resources.
• Gathers activity data, checks progress and evaluates performance of staff and units.
• Identifies work problems, analyzes them quickly, and implements timely solutions to resolve crises.
• Reviews program effectiveness with audits and develops corrective plans when objectives aren't met.
• Distributes resources—money, staff, time—according to priorities to improve coordination and productivity.
• Represents CMHA at community functions and required meetings, communicating needs to supervisors.
• Uses Key Performance Indicators and other outcomes data to enhance performance.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
