Job summary

Creative Pathways Inc. seeks a Clinical Manager to oversee the intake process for our mental health programs and to serve as a liaison with providers, referral sources, and governing bodies.

A Master’s degree in a mental health field with advanced licensure is required; Doctorate is preferred. The role includes training and assigning caseloads to OMHC staff, supervising MHRS/OMHC personnel, and helping implement an integrated service delivery system while ensuring compliance and quality

Qualifications

• Master's in mental health field required; Doctorate preferred.
• Advanced licensure (LCSW-C/LICSW/LCPC/LCMFT) required; board-certified supervision preferred.
• Must be clinically licensed (Social Worker, Counselor, MFT, or Psychologist).
• Board Approved Clinical Supervisor; First aid and CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intake process for mental health programs.
• Liaise with providers, referral sources, and governing bodies.
• Implement an integrated service delivery system with community organizations.
• Train and assign caseloads to OMHC staff; review and approve notes.
• Provide supervision to MHRS/OMHC staff; represent at required meetings.
