Job summary

Livingston County Community Mental Health Authority is seeking an Associate Director of Clinical Operations to provide strategic leadership and oversee clinical operations across Access/Intake, Emergency Services, Mobile Crisis, and Customer Service.

Reporting to the Executive Director, this role partners with Clinical Program Directors to maintain service delivery, ensure compliance with Medicaid/MDHHS, and drive quality, performance, and workforce planning within a collaborative, diverse team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in a mental health agency.
• 5–7 years in mental health/behavioral health with program leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of clinical operations.
• Supervise Access/Intake, Emergency Services, Mobile Crisis and Customer Service.
• Collaborate with Clinical Program Directors to ensure consistent practice and performance expectations.
• Ensure documentation and billing align with Medicaid, Medicare and payer requirements.
• Lead development of clinical policies, procedures and workflows; support workforce planning and productivity.
