Job summary

MHA (Mental Health Association) seeks a Clinical Director to provide administrative and clinical leadership to the Clinical Department, oversee staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and consult on client referrals and crises.

The role emphasizes building collaborative relationships across internal teams and with external partners, while maintaining professional communication and a positive work environment. Schedule is 9am–5pm with occasional after-hours consultations.

Qualifications

• Licensed psychologist, LISCSW, BCBA, or master's/doctorate-level clinician.
• Minimum of two years postgraduate training or formal experience in function-based behavioral assessment/treatment.
• Training in PBS, organizational strategies, and multi-tiered systems of support.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical oversight for the Clinical Department.
• Supervise and provide clinical consultation to all clinical staff.
• Offer consultation and support during client crises and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and licensing requirements.
• Foster collaborative internal/external relationships and professional communication.
• Liaise between ICL and outpatient clinical services; review client referrals.
