Qualifications

• Licensed clinician in Oregon (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, PsyD, or PhD).
• Prepare CAQH profile and obtain an NPI during onboarding.
• Minimum 5 years in social services or related field with high-risk adolescents.
• Demonstrated leadership supervising clinical teams and programs.
• Strong knowledge of DSM-IV/V-TR and therapeutic modalities.
