Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health related field is required.
• Must be licensed (e.g., Psychologist, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LCDC) in the state of practice.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible substance abuse program management experience and staff supervision.
• Strong management, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee all aspects of the clinical department, set goals and monitor contract compliance.
• Hire, supervise, evaluate, schedule, promote, and take corrective action for clinical staff and interns.
• Review and enhance program services to meet client needs, ensuring quality assurance and compliance.
• Provide clinical training and supervision to staff and interns; recruit interns and collaborate with graduate schools.
• Coordinate with other departments and participate in strategic planning; lead daily staff briefings.
