Arista Recovery in Greensboro, NC seeks a Clinical Director to oversee the Clinical department, hire and supervise staff, evaluate programs, and provide clinical training to staff and interns. You will implement strategies for program growth and ensure quality care while maintaining compliance with relevant standards.

The role requires licensure (Psychologist or equivalent) and strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Licensed professional (Psychologist, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or LCDC) in the state of practice.
• 2+ years of substance abuse program staff supervision experience.
• Experience in chemical dependency or psychiatric/human services settings preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and develop the Clinical department, including hiring, supervision, evaluation, and scheduling.
• Provide clinical training to staff and interns and ensure program growth.
• Ensure contract compliance and monitor clinical paperwork and outcomes.
