Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. in Hamilton, NJ is seeking a Clinical Director to lead clinical teams and programs with minimal supervision. You will provide clinical guidance, training, assessment, and feedback to address the needs of the population served.

The role requires a Master’s degree, NJ LCADC, CCS certification, and at least 3 years of supervisory or management experience in behavioral health or substance use services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and NJ Counselor license required.
• CCS certification and supervisory experience necessary.
• Minimum of 2 years supervising clinical staff; 3+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical teammates and programs with guidance, training, assessment and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with CARF, DMHAS and state/federal standards.
• Monitor clinical program operations, staff schedules and census.
• Provide direct observation and feedback on counseling sessions and documentation.
• Deliver annual performance evaluations and quarterly probationary reviews.
• Address incident reports and risk factors related to clinical issues.
• Attend meetings and complete required trainings.
