Qualifications
Must be fully licensed in the state of NC (LCMHC or LCSW).
Demonstrated supervision experience and minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in similar role.
Familiarity with managed care and community-based mental health management practices.

Manage recruitment, contracting, onboarding, retention, and offboarding processes.
Oversight of all enhanced programs including CST, IIH, Peer Support, PSR and Outpatient Therapy.
Collaborate with community leaders to coordinate new programs and advocacy events.
