Job summary

ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement) in Massachusetts seeks a Clinical Director (Center-Based) to lead a multi-disciplinary team delivering NDBI-based care for children 18 months to 6 years.

The role combines clinical leadership with operational ownership: budget, staffing, scheduling, and utilization, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no travel. Competitive salary aligns with MA market and includes bonuses.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ABA with 5+ years post-credential experience as a credentialed BCBA.
• Massachusetts LABA license (or equivalent) in good standing, required or preferred.
• Master's degree; Ph.D. preferred for clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own clinical quality and supervise BCBAs and BTs to ensure evidence-based care.
• Manage day-to-day operations, budgeting, staffing, and utilization of the center.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and staff development; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership to align clinical policies with operational goals.
