Job summary

ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement) is seeking a Clinical Director to lead a Massachusetts center, overseeing clinical quality and day-to-day operations for BCBAs and Behavior Therapists delivering NDBI-based care to children 18 months to 6 years old.

You will manage budgeting, staffing, and utilization while coaching staff and collaborating with leadership to advance clinical policies and performance. This is a full-time, on-site role with Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ABA experience with 5+ years post-credential in roles supervising or administering ABA services to children with autism.
• Massachusetts LABA license or equivalent credential in good standing.
• Master's-level clinician; Ph.D. preferred.
• Experience with clinical leadership and supervision of BCBAs and BTs.
• Extensive experience working with children under 6.
• Comfort owning budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and utilization management.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance billing requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own clinical quality of your center by monitoring client progress and fidelity to treatment.
• Provide individual and group supervision to BCBAs and BTs.
• Monitor clinical documentation and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Coach and develop your clinical team.
• Run day-to-day operations: staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and facilities.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Finance to manage hiring and finances.
• Create a safe, welcoming space for children and families.
