Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center in Illinois seeks a Clinical Director to oversee therapy quality, program development, and staff training across the center. The role includes supervision of Jr Program Managers and RBTs, with collaboration across Clinical Admin, HR, and IT to maintain high-quality services.

The position emphasizes leadership, compliance with BCBA standards, and development of therapeutic programs while supporting a dynamic team and learners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA/psychology/education or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience managing ABA programs and supervising staff.
• Ability to obtain Indiana state licensure (preferred).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication with families and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Review and edit clinician behavior intervention plans and treatment goals.
• Oversee clinician caseloads and provide support and clinical recommendations.
• Lead weekly team meetings and train junior program staff.
• Ensure 15 hours per week of direct service with learners and BCBA team supervision.
• Coordinate with Clinical Admin, RBT team, and HR for center operations.
