Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• BCBA certification is required or obtainable.
• Indiana LBA preferred or able to obtain licensure.
• Minimum 2+ years experience in ABA; 2+ years in management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management needs of the center and quality of therapy.
• Lead program development and staff training.
• Review and edit clinician behavior intervention plans and goals.
• Coordinate clinical operations and parent training.
• Support scheduling, reporting, and supervision for RBTs and BCBA team.
• Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists and OTs as needed.
• Utilize Power BI to track center metrics.
• Maintain high clinical quality and center compliance.
