Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health in Texas is seeking a Clinical Director to lead clinical teams, mentor BCBAs, and uphold high standards of patient care across our programs.

You will oversee hiring and training, supervise casework, ensure treatment plans meet quality metrics, and collaborate on program development with a focus on evidence-based ABA practices. This leadership role requires licensure and a proven track record with autism.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis or related field required.
• BCBA certification with BACB and Texas LBA license required.
• Minimum 5 years working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Minimum 1 year working as a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Assist with interviewing and hiring decisions for clinical staff.
• Oversee new hire and ongoing clinical training for BCBAs.
• Collaborate on complex cases and mentorship of staff.
• Oversee training and supervision programs for RBTs and BCBAs.
