Job summary

The Lead BCBA at Autism Center in Illinois is onsite Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM to 4:45 PM, performing clinical and operational duties, maintaining a client caseload, and assisting onboarding of clients and staff.

Required: Master’s degree, BCBA certification and Illinois LBA, and strong supervision skills; preferred 3+ years post-certification with 0–21 clients and 2+ years supervising masters-level clinicians. Travel between sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, ABA or related field.
• Current BCBA certification and active Illinois LBA.
• Minimum 3 years post-certification experience with ages 0–21 in classroom or 1:1 settings; experience supervising ABA.
• Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience managing masters-level clinicians.
• Successful reference check and clean background checks.
• CPR/BLS certification; valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a minimum caseload of 100 billable hours per month and align duties with ethics codes.
• Provide mentorship to RBTs, BCBAs, and trainees.
• Utilize Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) principles.
• Assist with staff and client onboarding.
• Build relationships with the community and conduct in-services/outreach with the clinical director.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
