Job summary

Bloomwell Autism Therapy is seeking an Assistant Clinical Director BCBA to lead clinical quality and supervise RBTs across our locations in the United States. You will guide treatment plans, supervise staff, and partner with families to implement ABA strategies effectively.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field with BACB-approved ABA coursework.
• At least 3 years of experience as a BCBA.
• Experience with children with autism and related disorders.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and provide feedback to RBTs and support staff.
• Monitor data and adjust treatment plans to optimize patient progress.
• Collaborate with caregivers to enhance home ABA implementation.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.
