Job summary

Catalight is seeking a dedicated Clinical Manager with BCBA credentials to lead care teams serving children and young adults with autism. The role focuses on empowering clients through ABA-based interventions, supervising program staff, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities include developing personalized treatment plans, overseeing data collection, and maintaining compliance with HIPAA and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related field is required.
• BCBA or BCBA-D certification in good standing is required.
• Three years of experience with children and/or adults with autism, including administering ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, or Essentials for Living.
• At least 12 BACB course units or equivalent and demonstrated ABA programming & supervision skills.
• Two+ years of supervisory experience directing staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to empower clients toward independence and improved communication and social skills.
• Supervise, train, and mentor Program Supervisors and RBTs in ABA concepts with fidelity checks.
• Design data collection procedures and review progress reports for insurance providers and clinical teams.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain documentation to support service delivery.
