Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a BCBA leader to design individualized ABA programs that prioritize communication, independence, and self-advocacy. You’ll work in a neuro-affirming, assent-based setting with trauma-informed, ethical care and collaborate with SLP-BCBAs on co-treat sessions.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• 2 to 3 years of experience in ABA field, working with a variety of ages.
• 2 to 3 years management/supervision experience.
• Demonstrates exemplary leadership, mentoring, and organization skills.
• Completely independent with ABA programming and implementing evidence based intervention strategies.
• Meets all expectations of SR PM position based on checklist attached
