Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
• Minimum of 1 year working as a BCBA.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to staff and maintain high clinical quality standards.
• Oversee new hire and ongoing clinical training for BCBAs.
• Collaborate on cases and implement Flight Path training.
• Ensure clinical quality by reviewing treatment plans and conducting observations.
