Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health in Mission, TX seeks a Clinical Director to lead clinical teams, ensure high-quality care, and mentor BCBAs. The role requires a master’s in behavior analysis, BCBA certification, Texas licensure, and 5+ years with autism. Strong leadership and data skills are essential.

We offer a Monday–Friday 8AM–4PM schedule, no evenings or weekends, competitive salary, 28 days PTO, benefits, 401K, and an employee referral program up to $2500.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification and LBA licensure in Texas.
• Minimum of 5 years working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Minimum of 1 year working as a BCBA.
• Knowledge of Catalyst data collection platform and Excel graphing.
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with interviewing and hiring decisions.
• Complete and oversee clinical training for BCBAs.
• Collaborate on cases and mentor staff.
• Implement Flight Path training for clinical track RBTs.
• Oversee BCBAs implementing Flight Path training and supervision.
• Manage assigned caseload (2–4 full-time equivalents) and overflow.
