Job summary

A behavioral health company based in Texas is seeking a Clinical Director to provide clinical leadership and mentorship to the team. This role requires a Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field, certification as a BCBA, and at least 5 years of experience working with children with autism. The successful candidate will oversee training, ensure clinical quality, and manage assigned caseloads. Competitive compensation of $90,000.00 - $95,000.00/year is offered.

Qualifications

• Certified as a BCBA with the BACB and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Texas.
• Minimum of 5 years working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
• Minimum of 1 year working as a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Assist with conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
• Complete and oversee new hire and ongoing clinical training for BCBAs.
• Ensure clinical quality by reviewing treatment plans and goals.
