The successful candidate will oversee training, ensure clinical quality, and manage assigned caseloads. Competitive compensation of $90,000.00 - $95,000.00/year is offered.
Qualifications
Certified as a BCBA with the BACB and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Texas.
Minimum of 5 years working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
Minimum of 1 year working as a BCBA.
Responsibilities
Assist with conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
Complete and oversee new hire and ongoing clinical training for BCBAs.
Ensure clinical quality by reviewing treatment plans and goals.
