A leading behavioral health provider in Texas is looking for a Clinical Director (BCBA) to manage daily clinical operations and ensure high-quality ABA therapy services. This role involves supervising BCBAs and RBTs, conducting assessments, and enhancing staff development through ongoing training. The ideal candidate should hold BCBA certification and Texas State Licensure, alongside strong leadership skills and at least five years of experience in the ABA field. Competenze

• BCBA certification is mandatory.
• Preferred 5 years of experience in the ABA field.
• Clean background/drug screenings and clean driving record required.

Mansioni
