Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition in a long-term care facility. The position offers an hourly pay range starting at $35 for new graduates, with increases based on experience, plus a $3,500 retention bonus. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday with flexible options.

You will join a team dedicated to improving resident outcomes, with opportunities for training, development, and involvement across multiple buildings as needed.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Certification/licensure in good standing in the state of practice.
• RD-Eligible and provisional licensure accepted in some locations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance as required by state or customers.
• If multi-site, a valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' clinical nutrition needs and document plans in the EMR.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings and labs.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, state, federal regulations and standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
