Job summary
Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition at a long-term care facility. The role emphasizes collaboration with care teams to enhance resident health and experiences.
Work Monday through Friday with flexible schedules, and earn USD 32.00–36.00 per hour, plus benefits and professional development opportunities. You will assess nutrition needs, develop and document care plans in the EMR, provide counseling, and ensure CMS/state/federal
Qualifications
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- State license/certification in good standing.
- Knowledge of CMS/state/federal regulations related to nutrition care.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance as required.
- RD-eligible and provisional licensure accepted in certain locations.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents' nutrition needs and document plans in the EMR.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical data.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' health.
- Ensure adherence to CMS/state/federal regulations and company standards.
- Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
