Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility. The role supports residents' health goals and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team.

Pay starts at $31.00 per hour with a retention bonus of $3,000 and flexible Monday–Friday schedules. Benefits include telemedicine, prescription discounts, EAP, daily pay options, and financial wellness resources.

Qualifications

• RD requires current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• State licensure in good standing is required or provisional/eligibility as specified by location.

Responsabilités

• Assess residents' clinical nutrition needs and document plans in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings and labs.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
