Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility. You will help improve resident health and experiences while joining a mission-driven team.

Compensation includes $32.00–$38.00 per hour, plus a $1,200 retention bonus, and comprehensive benefits. Eligible to work across multiple buildings with flexible schedules and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
• Knowledge of the state survey process and compliance (preferred).
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance as required.
• If multi-site, RD must have valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Assess the clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and document the plan within the electronic medical record.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical findings, labs, weight trends, intake, and comorbidities.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents/patients, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to determine a plan of care that improves residents'/patients’ health and well-being.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage in multiple buildings based on company needs, and as desired.
• All other duties as assigned.
