Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility. You will assess nutrition needs, develop care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve resident wellbeing.

This role offers Monday–Friday schedules with flexibility and a competitive pay rate of $35.00–$45.00 per hour. HCSG provides benefits such as telemedicine, prescription discounts, and ongoing professional development to support

Competenze

• Registered Dietitian must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• State license/certification in good standing required or eligible where applicable.
• Knowledge of CMS, state and federal nutrition regulations preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans.

Mansioni

• Assess residents/patients nutrition needs and document plans in EMR.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings and weight trends.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
