Job summary

Waters Corporation is seeking a Solution Delivery Project Manager for Clinical Laboratory Customer Implementation. You will manage end-to-end project execution from contract signature through closure, and support pre-contract activities to set expectations with customers.

The role focuses on delivering projects within Waters' Advanced Diagnostics portfolio, coordinating data from Smartsheet, Salesforce, ServiceMax and SAP, and driving process improvements and reports to strengthen project

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business or engineering.
3+ years clinical laboratory experience or equivalent.
Project management experience in a technical or laboratory customer environment.
Demonstrated understanding of US Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics or Healthcare Industry.
Knowledge of Standard Laboratory Practices and Laboratory Regulatory environment (CAP, CLIA, COLA).

Responsibilities

Developing and communicating the wholistic project plan to the project team and stakeholders.
Assembling and maintaining the project schedule.
Hosting regular meetings with internal & external project teams.
Updating stakeholders on project status, trends, and forecasts.
Managing project risks and change management activities.
Coordinate project resource availability with appropriate teams.
Interface with Waters departments to manage cross-functional processes and resolve issues.
