Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or currently enrolled.
• Fluent English; Spanish a plus.
• Dental lab terminology knowledge preferred.
• Motivated, organized with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude and team orientation.
• Accurate and detail-oriented with speed.
• Strong people skills and clear phone presence.
• Able to multitask with interruptions while staying accurate.
• Customer service experience via phone and email.
• Proficient with MS Office; able to use multi-line phones.
• Can sit for long periods and move materials as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally and route to the right department.
• Provide friendly, accurate, solution-focused support.
• Respond to case questions, timelines, pickups, and lab processes.
• Maintain professionalism with doctors and office staff.
• Follow up with customers for additional information or resolution.
• Update customers on case status and communicate needs to departments.
• Document customer communications accurately.
• Help improve overall customer experience and identify recurring concerns.
• Own customer issues until resolved or handed off.
• Collaborate with production, shipping, invoicing, order entry, QC, and clinical staff.
