Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, computer science, life sciences or equivalent; master’s preferred.
• PMP certification or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt desired.
• 3+ years pharma/clinical research/data management/healthcare experience or 5+ years project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CDSO Study Team and serve as the CDSO operational lead for assigned studies.
• Coordinate CDSO study teams to meet program objectives and engage global cross-functional teams.
• Influence cross-functional team members to achieve program and study objectives.
• Use operational analytics and project management tools to optimize execution and track progress.
• Ensure adherence to GCP, ICH guidelines, AbbVie SOPs, and regulatory standards.
