Job summary

AbbVie Data Science is seeking a senior program lead to coordinate CDSO study teams and align them with program and study strategies. You will serve as the operational lead across global teams, ensuring delivery against program objectives.

This role requires 8+ years in pharma/clinical data and strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Candidates should have a track record in cross-functional influence and process improvements within regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, CS, life sciences or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• PMP Certification or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt desired.
• 8+ years pharma/clinical research/data management/health care experience or 10+ years project management experience.
• Experience managing a clinical trial from initiation to completion in a lead role.

Responsibilities

• Aligns CDSO study teams with program- and study-level strategies and governance.
• Acts as single point of contact and accountable operational lead from CDSO for assigned programs.
• Coordinates CDSO study teams to meet objectives and engages global cross-functional teams.
• Leads CDSO and cross-functional innovation and process improvement initiatives.
