Summary: The Clinical Data Standards and Training Coordinator is responsible for many core operational functions for clinical standards, data quality, and training program initiatives, including internal and external communication, project management, and a large volume of non-clinical customer support. Major duties for this position include coordinating operational aspects of the National Trauma Data Standard (NTDS) Data Dictionary development process and coordinating training courses within the learning management system with staff and work groups. Additional responsibilities include administering the NTDS Revision Site, managing documentation related to all internal data quality processes, coordinating external industry-wide documentation initiatives, and providing generalized customer support for broader data and report operations activities.
This exempt position will report to the Manager of Clinical Data Standards and Training in the Division of Research and Optimal Patient Care. It is based in our Chicago office and is a hybrid role: 3 days per week in the office/2 days per week remote.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $56,100 - $60,000 (commensurate with related experience).
