Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a CDSO Program Lead to align study teams with program strategies and serve as the operational lead from DSS for selected studies. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure compliance with GCP/ICH guidelines while driving process improvements.

The role requires 3+ years in pharma/clinical data or 5+ years in project management, plus strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years pharma/clinical research/data management/health care experience or 5+ years of project management experience
• Strong understanding of clinical trial process and clinical technology
• Leadership, influence without authority, communication and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Aligns CDSO study teams with program- and study-level strategies and leads the CDSO Study Team
• Acts as single point of contact and operational lead from DSS for assigned studies
• Coordinates DSS study teams to meet objectives and engages cross-functional teams
• Uses operational analytics and project management tools to optimize execution and manage resources
• Ensures adherence to GCPs, ICH guidelines, AbbVie SOPs and local regulations
• Participates in CDSO and cross-functional innovation and process improvement initiatives
• Mentors Data Science Associates and may supervise contract resources
• Contributes to study execution lessons learned across functions
