Responsibilities

• Assists in the design and implementation of Clinical data collection processes, including development of forms and case report details.
• Performs data entry tasks and validates data accuracy in databases.
• Operates quality checks and audits on clinical data to identify discrepancies.
• Maintains clinical databases with strict security and confidentiality.
• Prepares clinical data analysis activities, including reports and summaries.
• Organizes, files, and maintains physical files and supporting documentation.
• Responds to queries and escalates complex issues to management for resolution.
• Documents solutions and creates reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assists in providing ongoing support to enhance user experience.
