Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Coordinator to support management in assigning clinical offering requests submitted through eProject and Salesforce. The role involves data collection design, data entry, quality audits, and maintaining secure clinical databases.

The candidate will prepare analyses, generate reports, and assist across departments while ensuring compliance and confidentiality. A 40-hour workweek and full-time employment are expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in customer service or call center environment.
• Data Analyst skills with Excel at intermediate level.
• Detail oriented with a focus on quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Regular and predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing clinical data collection processes.
• Perform data entry and validate data accuracy.
• Conduct quality checks and audits on clinical data.
• Maintain clinical databases with secure storage and confidentiality.
• Prepare data analyses, generate reports and summaries.
• Organize, file and maintain physical documentation.
• Respond to queries and escalate complex issues to management.
• Document solutions and identify trends for improvement.
• Follow clinical protocols to support user experience.
