Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Coordinator to support Management with clinical offering requests submitted through eProject and Salesforce. You will design data collection forms, perform data entry, and maintain secure clinical databases to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include generating reports, summaries, and basic analyses; organizing files; and assisting across departments to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in customer service or call center environment.
• Data analyst skills with intermediate Excel experience.
• Detail oriented with a focus on quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Regular and predictable attendance

Responsibilities

• Assists in the design and implementation of Clinical data collection processes, including the development of relevant forms, case report details, and electronic data capture systems.
• Performs data entry tasks, ensuring data is accurately and consistently entered into databases; validates and verifies data for completeness and correctness.
• Operates quality checks and audits on clinical data to identify and resolve discrepancies or errors.
• Maintains clinical databases, including data storage, organization, and retrieval, ensuring security, confidentiality, and compliance with regulations.
• Prepares clinical data analysis activities, such as generating reports, completing summaries, and performing statistical analyses.
• Organizes, files, and maintains physical files and supporting documentation.
• Handles clinical administrative information by responding to queries and escalating complex issues to management.
• Documents solutions and creates reports to identify common issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Follows established clinical protocols and assists in providing ongoing support to enhance user experience.
