Responsibilities

• Assists in the design and implementation of clinical data collection processes, including forms, case report details, and electronic data capture systems.
• Performs data entry tasks, ensuring data is accurately and consistently entered into databases; validates data for completeness and correctness.
• Operates quality checks and audits on clinical data to identify and resolve discrepancies or errors.
• Maintains clinical databases with data storage, organization, and retrieval, ensuring security, confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
• Prepares clinical data analysis activities, such as generating reports and performing statistical analyses.
• Organizes, files and maintains physical files and supporting documentation.
• Responds to queries and escalates more complex issues to management for review and resolution.
• Documents solutions and creates reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Follows established clinical protocols and provides ongoing support to enhance user experience.
