Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Coordinator to support management in assigning clinical offering requests submitted through eProject and Salesforce, coordinating data collection and documentation for clinical offerings.

The role includes data entry, data validation, and maintaining databases with strict security and compliance. You will generate reports, conduct analyses, and assist cross‑departmentally to improve processes and user experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in customer service or call center
• Data Analyst skills with intermediate Excel experience
• Detail oriented with a focus on quality
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
• Regular and predictable attendance

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and implementation of Clinical data collection processes, including forms, case report details, and electronic data capture systems.
• Performs data entry tasks, ensuring accurate and consistent data entry in databases; validates data for completeness and correctness.
• Operates quality checks and audits on clinical data to identify and resolve discrepancies or errors.
• Maintains clinical databases with storage, organization, retrieval, ensuring security and compliance with regulations.
• Prepares clinical data analysis activities, such as generating reports, summaries, and statistical analyses.
• Organizes, files, and maintains physical files and supporting documentation.
• Responds to queries and escalates complex issues to management for review and resolution.
• Documents solutions and creates reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Follows established clinical protocols and provides ongoing support to enhance user experience.
