Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in customer service or call center environment.
• Data Analyst skills with intermediate Excel experience.
• Detail oriented with a focus on quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Regular and predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and implementation of clinical data collection processes.
• Perform data entry with accuracy and consistency; validate data.
• Run quality checks and audits on clinical data; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain clinical databases with secure, compliant storage.
• Prepare data analysis activities; generate reports and summaries.
• Organize and maintain physical files and supporting documentation.
• Respond to queries and escalate complex issues.
• Document solutions and create reports to identify trends and opportunities.
