BayMark Health Services’ MedMark Treatment Center in Dayton seeks a compassionate Counselor Supervisor to oversee counselors, ensure compliance with laws and BayMark policies, and supervise intake operations. The role emphasizes timely documentation of patient services and adherence to the plan of care.

The position requires OH LCDCIII/LICDC/LICDC-CS/LSW-S licenses, at least 3 years of supervisory experience, MS Office proficiency, and EMR familiarity.

Qualifications

• OH LCDCIII, LICDC, LICDC-CS, and LSW-S licenses are required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising counselors.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus.
• Satisfactory criminal background check & drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assign counselors’ caseloads and adjust as needed.
• Conduct quality assurance file reviews.
• Direct and supervise all intake operations.
• Ensure efficient and effective delivery of counseling services.
• Maintain accurate and current clinical records per regulations.
• Maintain counselor caseloads.
• Provide supervision to clinicians and support staff.
• Act as Treatment Center Director when absent.
• Perform other related duties as determined by supervisor.
