Job summary

BayMark Health Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Counselor Supervisor in Ohio to oversee counselors delivering treatment and casework services in outpatient settings.

You will monitor plan of care documentation, supervise staff, and ensure timely, compliant records while addressing patients’ physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs. The role reports to the Treatment Center Director, with responsibilities including intake supervision, QA reviews, and ensuring high-quality

Qualifications

• Must possess OH LCDCIII, LICDC, LICDC-CS, and LSW-S.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with chemically dependent individuals.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with EMRs is a plus.
• Satisfactory criminal background check & drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assigns counselors’ caseloads, amends when necessary
• Conducts quality assurance file reviews
• Direct and supervise all intake operations
• Ensure efficient and effective delivery of counseling services to all patients
• Maintains accurate clinical records in accordance with Federal and State Regulations
• Maintain counseling caseload
• Provide direct supervision to clinicians and assist in staff development
• Acts as Treatment Center Director when absent
• Other duties as determined by supervisor
