Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy seeks clinicians to provide family therapy for parents of young children and individual therapy for children aged 5+. You’ll perform assessments, observations, and develop personalized treatment plans with evidence-based approaches.

You’ll also deliver psychoeducation, collaborate with the internal team to ensure coordinated care, and supervise LPC/MSW level teammates. A CACREP/CSWE-accredited master's plus IL licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or social work from a CACREP/CSWE accredited university.
• LCPC or LCSW licensure in Illinois.
• Prior experience working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide family therapy for parents of children ages 3+ with verbal communication skills, and individual therapy for children ages 5+.
• Perform initial assessments, behavioral observations, and short- and long-term interventions with individualized treatment plans.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families while coordinating with internal teams for comprehensive care.
• Serve as a clinical supervisor to LPC/MSW level prepared team member.

Education
