Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support children from birth to 18 years in a collaborative, fun, and growth-oriented environment.

You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, set meaningful goals, and partner with families to reinforce strategies at home. A multidisciplinary team ensures comprehensive care and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Pass the Praxis Examination in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• SLP license or license eligible in Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement treatment plans for pediatric clients, birth to 18 years.
• Create client-specific goals focused on communication, using verbal and non-verbal skills.
• Support families to foster behaviors and practices from treatment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
