Job summary

Westside is seeking licensed clinical professionals to provide family therapy for parents of children aged 3 and older, and individual therapy for children 5 and up. The role emphasizes collaborative, evidence-based practices within a supportive team.

The ideal candidate holds LCPC or LCSW licensure in Illinois, is passionate about child and family mental health, and wants to contribute to a positive, family-centered care environment with scheduled afternoon hours.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or social work from a CACREP/CSWE accredited university.
• LCPC or LCSW licensure in the state of Illinois.
• Prior experience working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide family therapy for parents of children ages 3+ and individual therapy for children 5+, following clinical evaluation.
• Perform initial assessments, behavioral observations, and short- and long-term interventions with individualized treatment plans.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families and collaborate with the internal team to ensure coordinated care.
• Serve as a clinical supervisor to LPC/MSW level prepared team member.
