Job summary

Westside Clinic in Park Ridge, IL, is hiring a part-time Clinical Counselor for evenings to serve children, teens, and families with evidence-based therapies. The role includes family and individual therapy, assessments, and collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team.

Applicants should hold a CACREP/CSWE-accredited Master’s in counseling or social work and IL LCPC/LCSW licensure, with prior experience with children and families. Schedule includes weekdays evenings and Saturday availability.

• LCPC or LCSW licensure in Illinois
• Prior experience working with children and families

Responsibilities

• Provide family therapy for parents of children ages 3+ with verbal communication skills, and provide individual one-on-one therapy with children ages 5+, pending clinical evaluation
• Perform initial assessments, behavioral observations, and both short- and long-term interventions while developing individualized treatment plans
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families while collaborating with internal team members and other disciplines to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care
• Serve as a clinical supervisor to LPC/MSW level prepared team member

What You'll Do:
