Job summary

Center for Family Services is seeking a Clinical Coordinator for the STAR/Reconnections program in a full-time role based in the United States. A sign-on bonus applies, with $70,000 annual salary and licensure-based bonus potential.

• 3-4 years management experience; 5-6 years preferred.
• Demonstrates evidence of working with the substance use disorder population or addiction coursework.

Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with the DMHAS STAR Grant Manager.
• Oversee Rutgers SUPRT and Red Cap tools.
• Demonstrate progress toward program goals.
• Supervision of program staff (monthly STAR/Reconnections meetings; biweekly check-ins).
• Coordinate and monitor program services.
• Collaborate with systems partners to coordinate care.
• Lead staff in culturally competent service delivery to improve capacity and sustainability.
• Ensure Case Manager and Recovery Specialist fidelity to the model.
• Ensure QI compliance within the EHR System.
• Maintain 24/7 availability with minimum caseload of 40 individuals.
• Coordinate training of peer recovery support specialists with a third party vendor.
• Schedule volunteers and interns; coordinate meetings, events and fundraising.

When you apply and get hired, you are eligible for a $1500- $3000 Sign on Bonus depending on licensure. $3000 for LCSW, LCADC, RN, LPC, LMFT, and $1500 for LSW, LPN, LAMFT.

Job Type/Status:Full Time

Salary: $70,000 per year

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate regularly with the DMHAS STAR Grant Manager
• Oversee Rutgers SUPRT and Red Cap tools
• Demonstrate progress toward program goals
• Supervision of program staff (monthly meetings with STAR and Reconnections staff and biweekly phone or face to face for minimally 15 minutes)
• Coordination and monitoring of program services
• Collaboration with systems partners to ensure coordination of care
• Lead staff in delivering services in a culturally competent and linguistic manner; and improving the scope and capacity of the delivery system in order to ensure program sustainability.
• Ensure Case Manager and Recovery Specialist maintain fidelity to model
• Ensure QI compliance within the EHR System
• Ensure program is available 24/7 with a minimum caseload of 40 individuals at all times
• Assist with the development of comprehensive non-clinical Case Management plans and recovery plans
• Coordination of training of the peer recovery support specialists with a third party vendor
• Coordination of duties and scheduling of volunteers and interns, including on call schedules
• Coordination of meetings, events, and fundraising events

Requirements

• Master's Degree and Any Master's Level Clinical License (LPC, LCADC, LCSW) Related to the field
• 3-4 Years Management Experience; 5-6 years preferred
• Demonstrates evidence of working with the substance use disorder population and /or evidence of addiction coursework.
