Job summary

Center For Family Services seeks a Clinical Coordinator for the STAR/Reconnections program in Cape May and Salem Counties, NJ. This part-time, temporary role offers $40 per hour and requires strong program management skills to oversee staff and ensure culturally competent service delivery.

The position manages a minimum caseload, coordinates care with partners, and ensures adherence to the program model and quality metrics. A Master's degree with licensure is required plus driving capability.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and clinical license (LPC/LCADC/LCSW) required.
• 3-4 years of management experience required, 5-6 years preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record for at least three years.

Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with the DMHAS STAR Grant Manager
• Oversee Rutgers SUPRT and Red Cap tools
• Demonstrate progress toward program goals
• Supervision of program staff
• Coordination and monitoring of program services
• Collaboration with systems partners to ensure coordination of care
• Lead staff in delivering services in a culturally competent and linguistic manner; and improving the scope and capacity of the delivery system in order to ensure program sustainability.
• Ensure Case Manager and Recovery Specialist maintain fidelity to model
• Ensure QI compliance within the EHR System
• Ensure program is available 24/7 with a minimum caseload of 40 individuals at all times
• Assist with the development of comprehensive non-clinical Case Management plans and recovery plans
• Coordination of training of the peer recovery support specialists with a third party vendor
• Coordination of duties and scheduling of volunteers and interns, including on call schedules
