Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold NYS LMSW license with supervision eligibility.

• Strong clinical understanding of Housing First and Harm Reduction models.
• Experience with crisis intervention, risk assessment, and incident management.
• Ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Case Managers and Consumer Advocates.
• Provide regular, structured supervision meetings for direct reports.
• Promote Housing First and Harm Reduction in service delivery.
• Develop and implement individual service plans with thorough documentation.
• Coordinate care with outreach teams and housing providers.
• Guide staff in de-escalation and crisis management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and agency standards.
